Keira Malik

Keira Malik is a bold British producer-director celebrated for her immersive storytelling and collaborative approach in both documentary and drama. Her work with Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Disney, and Apple TV dives deep into some of the planet’s most urgent issues, from climate change and biodiversity loss to the global refugee crisis. With collaborations spanning the UN, UNHCR, and global NGOs, Malik brings a rare blend of creative vision and social conscience to every project.

Her expertise bridges scriptwriting, directing, and producing, all anchored by a drive for real-world impact. After taking 18 months maternity leave, Keira returned to lead a bold new theatre production model inspired by her time on the award-winning NatGeo series Queens. Other award-winning works include Our Planet: Sponge Cities (Webby Award, 2020) and Britain’s Refugee Children (One World Media Award, 2019). In 2023, her haunting short film Stitched earned the Saturn Returns Award for Best Short Film.

Jennifer Tuckett

Jennifer Tuckett is CEO of Women in Theatre, an organisation supporting women in the UK arts and theatre. She led the five-year Women in Theatre research project, which informed the creation of these organisations and prompted Arts Council England in 2025 to launch a year-long taskforce on women’s under-representation in the arts. Co-Director of Her Story Productions, she oversaw the Women in Theatre Lab. Formerly Research and Literary Director at Sphinx Theatre, she led the Sphinx 30 new writing programme and has published influential research on gender equality in The Guardian. An award-winning playwright and academic, Jennifer holds an MFA from Yale and degrees from Cambridge, where she conducted the first major mixed-methods study on improving women’s transition from arts study to professional practice. She remains a leading voice for systemic change and greater representation of women in UK theatre and the arts.

Gemma Goggin

Gemma is an actor and singer, and first and foremost, a Mum of 2 boys. Alongside her performance work, she works as an Independent HR Consultant (Assoc CIPD) and Facilitator. She is a Steering Group volunteer with Freelancers Make Theatre Work, and an elected member of Equity Women’s Committee, where she is focusing on the drive for flexible working and job shares within the Industry.

She is passionate about gender equity and better and more transparent employment rights for freelancers.

Georgina Strawson

Georgina is a magnetic actress and writer whose work spans stage, screen, and the page with intelligence, wit, and emotional punch. Known for her bold performances and sharply observed storytelling, she thrives in character-driven narratives that explore power, identity, and the absurdities of modern life. Whether commanding the stage or crafting scripts behind the scenes, Strawson brings a fearless curiosity and razor-sharp voice to everything she touches.

Her writing balances dark humour with depth, while her performances crackle with nuance and presence. A rising force in British theatre and beyond, Georgina is as compelling to watch as she is to read and she's only just getting started.

Rachael Duthie

Rachel is a dynamic Production Manager working at the forefront of UK theatre, known for delivering bold, imaginative productions with precision, care, and a strong ethical compass. With a background spanning national stages and experimental performance, Duthie is as comfortable managing large-scale productions as she is championing sustainability and innovation behind the scenes.

Richard is a boundary-pushing sound designer and composer, known for crafting bold, cinematic soundscapes across theatre, film, and immersive experiences. His work fuses raw texture with emotional precision, transforming stories into full-body sonic experiences. From the West End to experimental stages, Hammarton is the go-to for directors seeking atmosphere, edge, and innovation.

Sophie Scull

Sophie Scull is the Executive Producer of English Touring Theatre (ETT), where she co-leads one of the UK’s most ambitious and innovative touring companies. Since joining ETT in 2018, she has been instrumental in producing bold, nationally acclaimed work that reaches audiences across the country.

Scull has driven major productions including Equus and Macbeth, and spearheaded pioneering projects like Trailer Story, a mobile outdoor venue launched in 2021 to reconnect communities with live performance post-pandemic. Her leadership has also embraced cutting-edge digital storytelling, such as the mixed-reality installation Museum of Austerity. Scull is committed to expanding access, championing new voices, and reimagining what touring theatre can be in the 21st century.

Zsolt Balogh is an award-winning animation director and visual artist known for pioneering large-scale immersive storytelling. Founder of London’s PALMA Studio, he blends cutting-edge animation, projection mapping, and motion capture to create breathtaking experiences for institutions like the National Theatre and the Natural History Museum.

Balogh is a visionary force redefining how stories come to life through technology and art.

Anthony Alderson

Anthony Alderson has led the Pleasance Theatre Trust since 2005, transforming it into a cornerstone of the Edinburgh Fringe and one of the most influential arts venues in the UK. A visionary producer and advocate for emerging talent, he has helped launch the careers of global stars while expanding the Pleasance’s footprint to 28 venues in Edinburgh and London.

With a bold commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and artist support, Alderson has redefined what a modern festival venue can be championing creative risk, nurturing new voices and shaping the future of live performance on a national scale.

Lauren Van Veen

Lauren Van Veen is a producer and director working across music videos, docs, and film. Since 2015, she’s delivered campaigns for Adidas and HP, music videos for Gorgon City and Rag’n’Bone Man, screening at Raindance and known for their bold storytelling. Now focused on narrative work, she recently directed The Great Divide, a feature doc following disabled veterans cycling 2,000 miles across North America.

She produces for Panoptic Films, whose shorts (The Impatient Man, The Chippie, A Matter of Choice) have played at BAFTA, BIFA, and Oscar-qualifying festivals.This September, she’s producing Dungeness, a short with Louis Norton Selzer, ahead of their debut feature Billy the G.O.A.T., now in development.

Noelle Adames

Noelle Adames is a dedicated wellbeing practitioner at Artist Wellbeing. A company that works independently from the production, specialising in supporting creative professionals through the emotional and psychological demands of the arts industry. With a background in acting, mental health, coaching, and embodied practice, she creates safe, grounded spaces for artists to process, reflect, and thrive.

Known for her intuitive presence and trauma-informed approach, Noelle works across workshops, rehearsal rooms and one-on-one sessions, helping artists stay connected to their creativity while navigating the pressures of performance and production. Passionate about sustainable practice and emotional resilience, Noelle is part of a new wave redefining care in the creative process.

Joe Fereday

Joe Fereday is an Emmy Award-winning cinematographer acclaimed for his cinematic work on David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet. Renowned for capturing breathtaking visuals in extreme environments worldwide, he likes to defy expectations with bold storytelling. In 2024, he wrote, directed, and shot the critically acclaimed short film ‘Rodent’.

He just finished up on the wildy successful VFX series for Netflix, ‘The Dinosaurs’ pushing the boundaries of VFX filming Exec Produced by Stephen Spielberg. He is now excited to help document this radical new approach to theatre production.

Morgan Lloyd-Malcolm

Morgan Lloyd Malcolm is an Olivier Award-winning playwright and screenwriter celebrated for her fearless, feminist storytelling. She shot to prominence with Emilia at Shakespeare’s Globe, which transferred to the West End and won three Oliviers. Her acclaimed works include Dracula, The Wasp, Typical Girls, and Mum, and she co-wrote Netflix’s Obsession.

A champion of women’s voices in theatre, she also co-founded Terrifying Women, a company dedicated to female-led horror. Her adaptation of The Turn Of The Screw will premiere at the Arcola Theatre in September and then go on a nationwide tour.
